She is currently the Photo Director of DailyMail.com where she oversees an incredibly talented team of 25 Photo Editors and Photographers and is also a Senior Photo Consultant for the Emmy Award winning daytime DailyMailTV show. ·       Manage a team of 25+ photo editors and freelancers to produce engaging homepage visuals and content packages in a fast-moving newsroom under intense pressure.

·       Organize photo research and negotiate rates for licensed/assignment photography across all platforms including publicity, promotional and social media needs.

·       Assign, produce and direct original photo shoots across the U.S. and abroad.

·       Coordinate all aspects of visuals with Marketing and Publicity to ensure all needs for exclusive, original content are met and oversee the asset distribution to press and both internal and external partners.

In its debut year DailyMailTV was nominated for Best Entertainment News Show at the 2018 Daytime Emmy Awards and won Best Entertainment News Show at the 2019 Daytime Emmy Awards for breaking stories.

Oversee all visual content published to AOL’s fashion, lifestyle, shelter, food, news and  entertainment websites and hold ultimate responsibility for the visual integrity and brand  recognition. Manage budgets for licensed/assignment photography. Chief accomplishments  include:  

• Art directed, assigned, produced and edited multiple weekly photo shoots across all  news/lifestyle sites.

Managed all aspects of visual research, editing and production for online content and  programs operated by AOL including AOL Living, AIM, Netscape, and Compuserve, including  the use of digital and electronic editing tools and software. Worked with clients, editors,  producers and designers to determine photographic needs based on a dynamic publishing  schedule. Assigned and edited photography in the U.S. and internationally, organized photo research,  and presented to Editorial for print and online travel guides. Established a budget-review  process for the art department, implemented an art-tracking and payment database,  managed staff and freelancers, negotiated photo contracts and writing contracts for cover  and interior photo use. Created archives for Fodor’s illustrations and transparencies.
